Galaxy Pack Group introduced the HP INDIGO 25K digital press in early 2022, and introduced the HP INDIGO 20000 gigital press this year, which offer true high-definition custom printing with variable imaging and the elimination of cylinder fees, allowing customers to print on demand and avoid inventory and obsolescence costs, offering competitively prices for small to medium quantity orders.
Furthermore, our digital printing produces brighter, more vivid pictures, greater highlights and gradients, and each pouch can have own code. At present, Galaxy Pack Group's clean room workshop area is about 20,000 square meters, with 6 production lines and more than 200 employees. The main devices are: two 10 -colored Rotogravure printing machines, a 9 -color Rotogravure printing machine, two digital printing machines and a Flexo printing machine. Two dry lamination machines and two solvent -free lamination machines. Two slitting machines. 17 bag making machines, including 5 flat bottom bag/side gusset bag making machines, 10 stand up pouch/three side seal bag making machines and 2 fin seal bag/pillow bag making machines.
